Key Responsibilities- Accurately weigh, measure, and prepare raw materials according to established product formulations and batch sheets.
- Operate grinding, blending, and milling machinery efficiently to process dehydrated products to exact specifications.
- Monitor production equipment continuously to ensure optimal performance, troubleshoot minor issues, and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain strict adherence to quality control standards, conducting routine checks on finished blends.
- Uphold comprehensive workplace safety protocols, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment and keeping the work area clean.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and production supervisors to meet daily manufacturing targets.
- Keep accurate production records, logs, and inventory counts related to raw materials and finished goods.
- Minimum of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in a relevant discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of proven, practical experience operating grinding or blending equipment within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Demonstrated ability to perform manual tasks, handle heavy materials, and operate industrial machinery safely.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and responsibility with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Readiness to undergo practical competency assessments as part of the recruitment process.
