About the Role
Millie's British International School (MBIS), a premier educational institution following the British Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum, is seeking a creative, skilled, and detail-oriented Graphics Designer. In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping our visual identity, supporting school communications, and capturing the vibrant everyday experiences of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Design engaging flyers, posters, banners, event programmes, newsletters, circulars, and official school publications.
- Create attractive, professional promotional materials for various school events and extracurricular activities.
- Capture high-quality photographs and short video clips of daily school activities for documentation and marketing purposes.
- Edit photos and videos efficiently using appropriate digital applications to maintain professional standards.
- Ensure all communication materials strictly align with the school's visual identity, brand guidelines, and safeguarding policies.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting strict publication deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, specifically producing print and digital publications.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools including CorelDRAW, Canva, and CapCut.
- Demonstrated ability to capture and edit good-quality photographs and videos using smartphones or cameras.
- Excellent written English language skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous working experience in an educational institution or school environment is a strong advantage.
