About the Role
Sylken Ltd, a leading performance-driven pharmaceutical and nutraceutical marketing company headquartered in Lagos with a nationwide presence, is looking for a talented Graphics Designer to join our expanding marketing team. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing innovative branding and marketing initiatives across multiple channels to elevate our top-tier supplement brands.
Key Responsibilities- Execute tactical marketing initiatives across diverse channels including TV, web, social media, email, and in-store displays.
- Design visually compelling direct-response campaigns and creative projects to attract new customers and drive retention.
- Conceptualize and deliver engaging creative content, including photography, video assets, and digital product pitch presentations.
- Create visually appealing social media and email campaigns while analyzing their impact on performance.
- Assist with copywriting, editing, and proofreading for sell sheets, blogs, social media, presentations, and product packaging.
- Collaborate closely with the Management Team, Brand Manager, and Web Developer to implement fresh ideas and maintain project deadlines.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in graphic design, marketing, and communications.
- Full proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, the Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
- Expertise across multiple marketing functions including branding, advertising, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Strong digital photography skills and familiarity with all major social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a forward-thinking approach to industry trends.
