About the Role
Prince Mega Online (PMO), the newly launched e-commerce platform for premier cosmetics giant Prince Mega Agency, is seeking a vigilant and professional Security Personnel to join our expanding team in Port Harcourt, Rivers State. As we transition our trusted luxury beauty, skincare, and fragrance brand into a comprehensive digital and physical experience, safeguarding our premises, staff, inventory, and customers remains our top priority. We are looking for an experienced security professional who can maintain a secure environment, manage access control, and respond effectively to potential safety incidents.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor premises, warehouse, and office entrances to maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and stock.
- Conduct regular patrols of the facility, checking for vulnerabilities, hazards, or suspicious activities.
- Manage visitor logs, verify credentials, and control access to restricted areas within the facility.
- Monitor security surveillance systems, alarms, and safety equipment to ensure they are fully operational.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, alarms, and incidents, taking appropriate action and reporting to management and local authorities as necessary.
- Enforce company safety policies, security protocols, and standard operating procedures at all times.
- Minimum of a SSCE, OND, or equivalent relevant educational qualification.
- Proven work experience as a Security Officer, Guard, or in a similar safety role, preferably within retail or corporate environments.
- Possession of relevant security training certifications or law enforcement/military background will be an added advantage.
- Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods or work in various shift schedules.
- Strong observation skills, high integrity, and excellent crisis management abilities.
