About the Role
Xcene Research is a cutting-edge Contract Research Organization providing full-service support to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies across Africa. We are currently looking for a talented, creative, and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Designer to elevate our visual brand storytelling. The ideal candidate will conceptualize and produce high-quality static and motion content for various digital channels, marketing campaigns, and corporate presentations, helping us communicate complex scientific and medical innovations with clarity and impact.
Key Responsibilities- Design professional and visually compelling brochures, flyers, banners, and offline marketing materials.
- Create engaging, platform-optimized social media graphics and digital campaign visuals.
- Develop creative and visually appealing 2D animations, motion graphics, and video content.
- Transform complex concepts and creative briefs into polished, brand-aligned visual designs.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and visual directions.
- Edit and enhance images, ensuring strict consistency in branding, typography, color, and layout.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
- Proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or similar creative role in Nigeria.
- A robust digital portfolio demonstrating strong expertise in both static graphic design and motion graphics.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Solid understanding of composition, typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and communication.
- Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and the ability to work independently.
- Great communication skills with a positive attitude toward receiving and implementing feedback.
