About the Role

Key Responsibilities- Assist the creative team in conceptualizing and designing visual assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, flyers, brochures, and banners.
- Collaborate with various university departments to produce engaging marketing materials for events, seminars, and academic programs.
- Help maintain and adhere to the University of Lagos brand guidelines across all created visual content.
- Support the editing and formatting of multimedia content, presentations, and institutional reports.
- Organize and manage digital asset libraries, ensuring all design files are properly archived and easily accessible.
- Stay updated with current design trends, software updates, and innovative techniques to continuously improve visual output.
- Recent graduate or undergraduate student in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating foundational design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to take constructive feedback and meet project deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.
