About the Role
The Blossom Girls Outreach Foundation (BGOF) is a registered, non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and socio-economic reintegration of vulnerable women and girls trapped in commercial sex exploitation. Established in 2017, we operate across Nigeria and South Africa to dismantle systemic cycles of poverty, abuse, and human trafficking. We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and help amplify our advocacy, rescue, and empowerment initiatives through compelling visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities- Design engaging graphics for social media campaigns, fundraising events, awareness drives, and outreach programs.
- Create high-quality flyers, posters, banners, digital presentations, and other promotional visual materials.
- Maintain and elevate a consistent brand identity across all digital and print visual platforms.
- Brainstorm and bring creative ideas to life that effectively align with our organizational mission and strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with the communications and outreach teams to develop impactful visual content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Proven professional experience in graphic design, accompanied by a robust portfolio showcasing relevant creative work.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong aesthetic sensibilities with an exceptional eye for typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and meet strict project deadlines.
- Deep understanding of current social media design trends and digital content best practices.
