We are currently looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team in Nigeria and bring our properties and brand vision to life through compelling visual storytelling.
Key Responsibilities- Create visually appealing designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and digital advertisements.
- Ensure the strict and consistent application of company brand guidelines across all internal and external design elements.
- Collaborate closely with the digital marketing and sales teams to develop engaging visuals for online promotions, website elements, and email campaigns.
- Produce high-quality print collateral such as posters, signage, and corporate promotional items.
- Assist in professional photography editing and image manipulation to maximize the visual appeal of real estate marketing assets.
- Participate actively in creative brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative ideas for upcoming sales campaigns and corporate initiatives.
- Stay up to date with current industry trends, emerging design tools, and technologies to continuously improve design methodologies.
- Proven working experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the real estate, advertising, or marketing sectors.
- A strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across both digital and print media channels.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and related tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and brand identity management.
