About the Role
iLEAD AFRICA invites passionate and creative young professionals to apply for the Graphic Design Associate position under the iLEAD AFRICA Impact Associate Program 2026. As a nonprofit organization harnessing digital technology to empower marginalized communities and raise active digital citizens, we are looking for a talented designer to visually communicate our mission of digital advocacy, policy innovation, and civic participation across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Design engaging visual graphics for social media campaigns, digital advocacy initiatives, and community development projects.
- Develop promotional materials, reports, presentations, and infographics that simplify complex policy innovations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels and communication collateral.
- Collaborate with the communications and programs teams to brainstorm creative concepts for youth empowerment campaigns.
- Prepare marketing assets for virtual and hybrid events, webinars, and workshops.
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Passionate about social impact, youth development, democracy, technology, and civic engagement in Nigeria.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.
