About the Role
Management Sciences for Health (MSH) is a global health nonprofit organization dedicated to saving lives and building stronger health systems in developing nations. We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Design and Branding Consultant to develop a comprehensive suite of professionally designed branding and communication materials for the CHW programme, ensuring standardized, reusable, and high-quality visual products for effective program implementation.
Key Responsibilities- Develop a unified visual identity and cohesive design system for all CHW programme communication products.
- Produce professional print and digital communication materials, including reports, infographics, social media assets, and publications.
- Create fully editable and reusable templates for programme documentation, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
- Design high-visibility materials suitable for stakeholder engagement, training, advocacy, public events, and communications.
- Ensure full compliance with Mastercard Foundation Brand Guidelines, MSH branding requirements, and the approved CHW programme Branding Implementation and Marking Plan.
- Translate complex technical and public health information into clear, compelling, audience-appropriate visual formats.
- Bachelor Degree, HND, or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia Design, Mass Communication, or a related field; exceptional portfolios may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, branding, publication design, and visual communication.
- Proven track record delivering similar creative assignments for international NGOs, donor-funded projects, government agencies, or development partners.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing brand-compliant materials and production-ready artwork adhering to print requirements (CMYK, bleed, resolution).
- Strong ability to incorporate client feedback efficiently and deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines.
