Key Responsibilities- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for digital and video content tailored to the Nigerian and global markets.
- Develop engaging concepts, storyboards, and visual treatments from initial creative briefs.
- Produce scroll-stopping content for social media platforms, advertising campaigns, websites, presentations, and video channels.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers, videographers, copywriters, and marketers to maintain brand consistency.
- Maintain and evolve Vao Personal Care’s visual identity across all motion-based assets.
- Edit and enhance raw video footage, seamlessly incorporating typography, transitions, sound design, and special effects.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging motion design trends, tools, and AI-assisted production workflows.
- Proven professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, Animator, Video Producer, or similar creative role.
- A robust and diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, 2D animation, typography, and visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for asset preparation.
- Comprehensive understanding of animation principles, composition, timing, and visual hierarchy.
- Familiarity with 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
