We are currently looking for a talented and driven Graduate Trainee - Warehouse to support our growing inventory and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities- Receive, inspect, and record shipments and materials received from project sites or transferred from other warehouse locations.
- Ensure effective stock management through proper documentation and accurate inventory records.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stock counts, and record inventory variances to minimize stock discrepancies.
- Ensure goods entering and leaving the warehouse are properly tracked and authorized.
- Input supplies into the warehouse inventory system and check records for accuracy.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock, consumption, disputes, returns, and warehouse activities.
- Compile reports on changes in production or inventory and conduct branch stock analysis to support data-driven decision-making.
- Find, sort, and move goods within different parts of the warehouse while maintaining a clean, organized, and tidy store environment.
- Develop and implement a proactive tools maintenance program in compliance with company policy and OSHA guidelines.
- Coordinate with the OHS Coordinator to investigate reported incidents, including near misses and accidents.
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 0 to 1 year of post-NYSC professional experience.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Prior knowledge or certification in occupational health and safety will be a strong added advantage.
