About the Role
Multipro Consumer Products Limited, a premier sales, haulage, and logistics leader under the Tolaram Group, is seeking a dynamic CNG Fleet Maintenance & Operation Manager. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the daily running, mechanical servicing, and rigorous safety compliance of our Compressed Natural Gas vehicles and associated infrastructure, driving efficiency and sustainability across our nationwide operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage comprehensive CNG vehicle preventive and corrective maintenance programs to maximize asset lifespan.
- Monitor vehicle uptime, breakdown frequencies, maintenance costs, and overall fleet performance metrics.
- Oversee CNG refuelling operations while ensuring strict adherence to approved Standard Operating Procedures.
- Conduct and coordinate thorough vehicle safety inspections and advanced CNG system checks.
- Ensure complete compliance with national safety standards, environmental regulations, and statutory inspection requirements.
- Maintain accurate technical records, inspection reports, maintenance histories, and dynamic operational dashboards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with Original Equipment Manufacturers, external service providers, and CNG station operators.
- Track CNG consumption rates, maintenance expenditures, and other critical operational key performance indicators.
- B.Sc., B.Eng., or HND in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Relevant professional certifications in automotive maintenance, CNG technology, or gas safety will be a strong advantage.
- At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on professional experience working directly with CNG vehicles and CNG conversion systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and advanced technical reporting capabilities.
- Formal training in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and specialized CNG technical procedures.
