Located in Akure, Ondo State, we specialize in transforming raw Nigerian cocoa beans into high-quality products for the international market. Our Graduate Trainee programme in Supply Chain & Operations is designed to develop the next generation of industry leaders through hands-on experience, rigorous training, and professional mentorship.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in structured departmental rotations across procurement, warehousing, inventory management, logistics, planning, and export documentation.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate supply chain activities to ensure seamless factory operations.
- Analyze operational data to identify process improvements, cost savings, and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the plant floor to maintain strict adherence to international quality and safety standards.
- Execute a defined, high-impact project with measurable outcomes and present findings to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Agricultural Sciences, Logistics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Must have completed NYSC or be currently serving with a clear completion date.
- Not more than two to three years of post-NYSC experience.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to be based in Akure, Ondo State, and thrive in a dynamic manufacturing plant environment.
- Demonstrated curiosity, ownership, rigour, practicality, and high ethical standards.
