About the Role
Tempkers Limited is a global freelance marketplace and online outsourcing firm connecting organizations and SMEs with skilled independent professionals. We are seeking a dynamic Graduate Trainee (Revenue Officer) to support our revenue collection and field operations team in Abuja. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate to develop expertise in revenue management, financial reporting, and customer engagement through hands-on field experience.
Key Responsibilities- Participate directly in field-based revenue collection, monitoring, verification, and enforcement activities across designated Abuja locations
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor revenue activities and support collection efforts
- Engage with customers, businesses, and stakeholders to facilitate compliance with payment obligations
- Assist with revenue reconciliation, transaction verification, and accurate record-keeping
- Identify, document, and report revenue leakages, irregularities, and non-compliance areas
- Support preparation of revenue reports and performance analyses
- Escalate issues and recommend corrective actions to senior team members
- Ensure all field activities comply with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
- HND or Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- 2-3 years of field experience in revenue collection, operations, customer engagement, or compliance
- Age: 24-28 years
- Excellent knowledge of Abuja geography and key business districts
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- High integrity, professionalism, and accountability
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in diverse field environments
- Structured on-the-job training in revenue management and field operations
- Practical exposure to financial reporting and compliance processes
