Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in structured departmental rotations across plant electricals, instrumentation, automation, power and utilities, and maintenance planning.
  • Assist in troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing electrical and electronic systems to ensure optimal factory uptime.
  • Apply rigorous data analysis to monitor equipment performance, investigate failures, and recommend practical engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on designated plant improvement projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Adhere strictly to international safety, quality, and environmental standards applicable to food manufacturing and export operations.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or HND in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Must have completed NYSC or be currently serving with a clear and verified completion date.
  • Not more than two to three years of post-NYSC experience, tailored specifically for early-career professionals.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and written communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, ownership, integrity, and a willingness to work hands-on within a fast-paced manufacturing plant in Akure, Ondo State.
