Key Responsibilities- Rotate through core operational departments to understand business processes, workflows, and technical frameworks.
- Assist in executing daily operational tasks, analyzing data, and preparing comprehensive performance reports.
- Communicate updates, ideas, and project feedback effectively between technical processes and team workflows.
- Apply STEM-based logical thinking to troubleshoot daily bottlenecks and optimize overall team efficiency.
- Participate actively in mentorship sessions, continuous training modules, and leadership development exercises.
- Possess an HND or ND in any Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from a recognized Polytechnic.
- 0 to 3 years of experience; fresh graduates and recent NYSC members are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must currently reside in Ibadan (Oyo State) or Port Harcourt (Rivers State) with permanent accommodation secured.
- Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills alongside strong logical and analytical abilities.
- Exhibit a fast-learning aptitude, proactive can-do attitude, and natural leadership potential.
- Competitive entry-level salary ranging from N200,000 to N250,000 monthly (Gross).
