Key Responsibilities- Assist senior academic staff in the delivery of undergraduate lectures, seminars, and practical theatre workshops.
- Conduct tutorials and grading for undergraduate students under faculty supervision.
- Participate actively in departmental curriculum development, student mentoring, and administrative duties.
- Engage in continuous academic research and contribute to scholarly publications in reputable journals.
- Support the coordination of departmental stage productions, cultural events, and creative exhibitions.
- Possession of a minimum of a Master’s Degree in Theatre Arts or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, research, and community engagement in the arts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and fast-paced academic environment.
- Membership in relevant professional theatre or academic bodies will be an added advantage.
