About the Role
Dabitos Schools, a reputable private co-educational learning institution located in Ilasamaja, Mushin, Lagos, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Christian Religious Studies (CRS) Teacher. Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive CRS lessons aligned with the approved Nigerian curriculum.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic improvement and moral development.
- Create a safe, disciplined, and stimulating learning environment that encourages active student participation.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assignments, and academic performance.
- Organize and participate in school-wide moral instruction, chapel activities, and related extracurricular events.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to enhance the overall educational experience and curriculum delivery.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavioral development.
- Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Arts (B.A) in Christian Religious Studies, or a related field.
- Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) with relevant teaching experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience teaching CRS within a recognized primary or secondary school setting.
- In-depth knowledge of the Nigerian educational curriculum and modern teaching methodologies.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
