Key Responsibilities- Assist senior academic staff in the delivery of undergraduate lectures, tutorials, and seminars.
- Conduct supervised academic research and contribute to scholarly publications in the field of philosophy.
- Grade assignments, quizzes, and examination papers under the guidance of course coordinators.
- Provide administrative and academic support to the Department of Philosophy as required.
- Pursue higher academic qualifications (Master's and Ph.D.) in philosophy as part of career progression.
- A good honours Bachelor’s degree with at least a Second-Class Upper Division in Philosophy or a closely related discipline.
- Demonstrated evidence of strong academic potential and a keen interest in philosophical research.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with students and faculty colleagues.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with academic research tools.
