Key Responsibilities- Assist senior academic staff in the delivery of lectures, tutorials, and practical nursing laboratory sessions.
- Support undergraduate students with academic guidance, mentoring, and clarification of course materials.
- Participate actively in departmental research projects, data collection, and manuscript preparation for academic publications.
- Help manage student attendance records, continuous assessment scores, and examination logistics.
- Perform administrative duties assigned by the Head of Department to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Minimum of a Master's Degree in Nursing Science or a closely related health science discipline from a recognized university.
- Current registration and valid practicing license with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Demonstrated passion for academic research, teaching, and professional development in nursing.
