Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, curriculum-compliant lessons tailored to the developmental needs of grade school pupils.
  • Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, behavior, and overall development, providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
  • Maintain a safe, inclusive, and orderly classroom environment that encourages active participation and positive social interaction.
  • Incorporate interactive teaching methods, learning aids, and technology to enhance the educational experience.
  • Organize and supervise extracurricular activities, school events, and field trips to promote holistic student development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to improve teaching strategies and school-wide academic standards.
  • Instill strong moral values and discipline in line with the core ethos of The Oasis Schools.
Qualifications
  • Possession of a relevant academic qualification, such as a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), or a degree in a related discipline.
  • Proven teaching experience in a recognized primary or elementary school setting.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A demonstrated passion for child development, patience, and a nurturing disposition.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
