Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons aligned with the primary school curriculum for Primary 6 students.
- Manage the classroom effectively to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment conducive to academic success.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Prepare students adequately for internal examinations and common entrance assessments into secondary school.
- Collaborate with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support student development and address individual learning needs.
- Integrate creative teaching methods and educational technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Uphold the school's high moral standards and instill strong values of integrity and discipline in students.
- Minimum of a NCE, B.Ed, or B.Sc in Education or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
- Proven teaching experience handling Primary 6 or upper primary classes, with a track record of excellent academic results.
- Genuine love for children and a deep-seated passion for primary education.
