Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, interactive, and effective daily lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation and holistic growth.
- Assess, monitor, and record students' academic progress, behavioral development, and overall performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain regular, professional communication with parents regarding child development.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively and implement positive discipline strategies.
- Collaborate with fellow teaching staff and school administration on curriculum development and extracurricular school events.
- Possession of relevant academic qualifications in Education or a related discipline (NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc with PGDE).
- Proven teaching experience in a reputable primary or early childhood educational setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- A deep passion for child development, patience, creativity, and modern pedagogical approaches.
