Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Government lessons that stimulate curiosity and critical thinking.
- Encourage constructive classroom discussions and informed analysis of political and civic issues.
- Prepare students thoroughly for relevant internal and external examinations.
- Set, administer, and mark assessments while tracking individual academic progress.
- Maintain accurate academic records and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Promote responsible citizenship, moral integrity, and civic awareness among students.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (B.Ed., B.Sc., or B.A. with PGDE) or NCE in Government, Political Science, or a related field.
- TRCN registration or evidence of active registration is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of modern pedagogical methods and digital learning tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Demonstrated passion for child development, academic excellence, and character building.
- Relevant secondary school teaching experience is highly desirable.
