Key Responsibilities- Deliver inspiring and comprehensive Geography lessons to secondary school students in alignment with established educational standards.
- Design engaging lesson plans that incorporate modern teaching methodologies, interactive tools, and real-world geographical issues.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and personalized support to ensure academic success.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and active participation.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, school events, professional development workshops, and parent-teacher conferences.
- Guide students in developing critical thinking, spatial awareness, and analytical skills through fieldwork and research projects.
- Possession of a Bachelor Degree in Geography, Education, or a related relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience teaching Geography at the secondary school level.
- Valid teaching certification or license is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
