We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Geography Teacher to join our esteemed secondary school faculty and inspire the next generation of global citizens.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver well-structured and engaging Geography lessons to secondary school students in alignment with the national curriculum.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and formative assessments to track student progress and understanding.
- Maintain a disciplined, inclusive, and stimulating classroom management environment that encourages active student participation.
- Integrate digital tools and computer literacy into daily teaching methodologies to enhance interactive learning.
- Monitor and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and targeted support to aid child development.
- Participate actively in school extracurricular activities, departmental meetings, and professional development programs.
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), or a B.Sc./B.A. degree accompanied by a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with proven ability in effective classroom management.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, mentoring, and supporting holistic youth development.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant secondary school teaching experience is an added advantage.
