Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver problem-based learning experiences that connect classroom geography concepts to real-world community challenges.
- Facilitate student-centered lessons utilizing interactive, visual, and practical teaching methodologies.
- Provide personalized instruction, actionable feedback, and comprehensive termly reports to students, parents, and guardians.
- Assess and document student academic progress using innovative project-based evaluation methods.
- Participate actively in peer lesson plan reviews, curriculum development initiatives, and professional development sessions.
- Uphold Talent Mine Academy child protection policies with unwavering commitment and model exemplary leadership qualities.
- Bachelor degree in Education or a relevant subject area such as Geography.
- Demonstrated teaching experience, with a strong preference for prior classroom experience working with children.
- Proficiency in utilizing Google Suite tools including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms.
- Genuine belief in every child potential regardless of socioeconomic background.
- Strong moral compass, excellent interpersonal skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
