About the Role
Bracken Media Solutions is a forward-thinking technology and business solutions company located in the vibrant business hub of Lagos State. We are currently seeking an innovative and results-driven GEO & AI Specialist to lead our pioneering efforts in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), traditional SEO, AI-powered content creation, and marketing automation. In this role, you will play a crucial part in redefining digital visibility for our organization and our esteemed clients across major AI-driven search platforms including Google AI, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive GEO and SEO strategies to maximize brand visibility and citations across traditional search engines and AI-powered platforms.
- Conduct advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-intent mapping to drive targeted traffic.
- Design AI-focused content strategies, draft precise briefs, and leverage cutting-edge AI tools to scale content production and marketing campaigns.
- Identify, implement, and train teams on AI automation opportunities to streamline business and marketing processes.
- Monitor website traffic, conversion metrics, SEO, and GEO performance, delivering regular analytical reports with actionable insights.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by continuously monitoring advancements in search algorithms, AI models, and digital marketing technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical or business field.
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in SEO, digital marketing, content marketing, or a related role.
- Strong, practical understanding of emerging GEO, AEO, and traditional SEO best practices.
- Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Perplexity.
- Proficiency with industry analytics and SEO platforms including Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
- Exceptional analytical, research, and communication skills with a strong aptitude for creative problem-solving using technology.
