About the Role
Integrated Software Services Limited (ISSL) is a leading software development and IT consulting firm delivering innovative technology solutions across Africa. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Banking Software Implementation & Support Officer to lead the deployment, configuration, and ongoing technical support of our flagship IntegraBanking solution for financial institutions, primarily microfinance banks and finance houses. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the crucial technical and functional bridge between our internal engineering teams and client operations staff, ensuring seamless system go-lives and exceptional day-to-day user satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end implementation of IntegraBanking at client sites, managing requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, user training, and go-live support.
- Provide reliable first- and second-line production support to existing banking clients, troubleshooting complex issues and coordinating engineering escalations.
- Configure core banking parameters, including the chart of accounts, product setups, interest and charges rules, and workflow approvals to match client operations.
- Support critical CBN regulatory compliance rollouts, such as Anti-Money Laundering and compliance reporting features.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of implementation procedures, support tickets, and client-specific configurations.
- Act as the trusted technical point of contact for client operations, management, and IT departments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience implementing or supporting core banking software specifically for microfinance banks or finance houses.
- Strong working knowledge of core banking operations, encompassing loans, deposits, general ledger, and regulatory reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, from end-user trainees to IT directors.
- Solid SQL literacy for effective database troubleshooting, data queries, and system auditing.
- Familiarity with Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) regulatory requirements is a strong added advantage.
- Must be based in, or willing to relocate to, Lagos and available for occasional travel to client sites across Nigeria.
