About the Role
Smart Partners is currently seeking hardworking, reliable, and responsible individuals to fill various General Worker and Cleaner positions across multiple locations in Lagos Island and Mainland. We are looking for dedicated candidates who can ensure our client environments remain clean, safe, and professional at all times.
Key Responsibilities- Clean, sanitize, and maintain assigned offices, facilities, washrooms, and common areas.
- Perform routine housekeeping tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and waste disposal.
- Replenish basic supplies and keep cleaning equipment in optimal working condition.
- Assist with basic material movement, setup, loading, and unloading as required.
- Adhere strictly to workplace health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Report maintenance issues, hazards, or damaged equipment promptly to supervisors.
- Minimum of an SSCE/WAEC/NECO qualification is preferred.
- Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, facility support, or general labor is an advantage.
- Must be physically fit to handle routine physical labor, standing, and lifting.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good personal hygiene and a professional demeanor.
