Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive, high-quality nursing care to patients across various specialist wards and departments.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and meticulously document patient progress and treatment responses.
- Collaborate effectively with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement optimal patient care plans.
- Assure patient comfort and safety while strictly adhering to hospital infection control and safety protocols.
- Educate patients and their families regarding post-treatment care, medication management, and general wellness.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist surgical and medical teams as required.
- Must possess a valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing (RN/RM or BNSC) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven clinical nursing experience in a reputable hospital or healthcare facility.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a compassionate disposition.
