Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective General Mathematics lessons to students in alignment with the school curriculum.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, teaching aids, and learning materials to facilitate student understanding.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic improvement.
- Foster a disciplined, positive, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking and active participation.
- Integrate ICT tools and modern teaching methods into daily classroom instruction to enhance learning outcomes.
- Participate actively in school meetings, professional development sessions, and extracurricular activities.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support the holistic development and character building of every student.
- Minimum of an NCE or B.Sc. in Mathematics or a relevant educational discipline.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
- Proficiency in ICT skills with the ability to utilize digital learning tools as an added advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage students, parents, and staff effectively.
