About the Role
Genesis Group, a leading Nigerian conglomerate in hospitality, entertainment, and catering, is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager for Reventon Hotel. In this executive leadership role, you will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational excellence, financial performance, and brand reputation of the hotel. You will lead a talented team to deliver world-class hospitality experiences that align with our commitment to exceptional products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all daily operations of Reventon Hotel, ensuring seamless coordination between front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
- Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to achieve financial targets, revenue growth, and high occupancy rates.
- Maintain rigorous quality control standards to guarantee exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage budgeting, financial forecasting, P&L statements, and cost-control measures effectively.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire hotel staff, fostering a culture of integrity, ownership, and high performance.
- Ensure full compliance with local health, safety, sanitation, and labor regulations.
- Minimum of 10 years of cognizant leadership experience in a similar General Manager role within top-tier hospitality brands.
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
- Possess a strong passion for hospitality with high integrity and a strong ownership mindset.
- Professional certification or associate membership in relevant bodies such as ICAN, ACCA, CISA, CIA, or recognized hospitality institutes is an added advantage.
