About the Role
Efezi Southsea Nigeria Limited is a premier hospitality consultancy dedicated to elevating standards across small and medium hotels in Nigeria. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to spearhead our hotel operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate all hotel departments to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and adherence to quality standards.
- Drive revenue growth and target achievement by developing robust marketing strategies, boosting room occupancy, and expanding corporate client relationships.
- Manage financial performance, monitor budgets, control operational costs, and work closely with management to ensure profitability.
- Lead recruitment, training, supervision, and performance evaluation to build a motivated and professional hospitality team.
- Maintain superior guest satisfaction by upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and proactive complaint resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and statutory regulations across all hotel facilities.
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience in hotel management or hospitality leadership.
- Demonstrated expertise in revenue generation, sales and marketing, and target achievement.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and control operational costs independently.
