JC Prime Consulting Limited is a leading professional HR consulting firm in Nigeria, specializing in comprehensive human resource solutions including recruitment, outsourcing, and payroll management. We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client in the hospitality sector for a dedicated and results-driven Operations Manager to optimize facility performance and deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations across all hotel departments including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and Maintenance.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences and promptly resolve any guest complaints to maintain high satisfaction ratings.
- Supervise, train, mentor, and evaluate operational staff to build a productive and engaged workforce.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage procurement processes, and implement effective cost-control measures.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and hospitality industry standards.
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and collaborate with senior management on business growth strategies.
- Drive revenue generation through efficient resource management and proactive upselling initiatives.
- B.Sc or HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4 to 7 years of proven professional experience as an Operations Manager within a hotel or hospitality firm.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in utilizing modern hotel management systems and software is a distinct advantage.
