About the Role
Total Data Limited (TDL), a well-established full-service internet provider delivering managed dedicated server solutions since 1994, is seeking an experienced and commercially driven General Manager. In this pivotal executive role based in Nigeria, you will provide comprehensive leadership across our business operations, translating strategic vision into measurable results.
Key Responsibilities- Work closely with the Managing Director to develop and execute the organization's overarching business strategy and growth plans.
- Drive commercial performance, revenue growth, client retention, and profitability across all business units.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless cross-functional coordination and high service delivery standards.
- Lead workforce planning, performance management, coaching, and talent retention in collaboration with HR.
- Manage financial performance, oversee budget monitoring, implement robust internal controls, and minimize financial risks.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders while serving as an escalation point for major concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
- An MBA or relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a senior management or executive leadership role.
- Proven track record in business development, commercial strategy, operational management, and team leadership within a growing organization.
