We are currently seeking an ambitious and results-driven General Manager to spearhead our operations, business development, sales, and administrative functions within the dynamic Nigerian real estate market. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, cultivating strategic partnerships, enhancing operational efficiency, and leading high-performing teams to achieve our ambitious corporate objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure maximum efficiency across all departments.
- Develop and implement robust business strategies to accelerate revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor staff across sales, marketing, property management, and administrative units.
- Drive aggressive sales and business development initiatives to boost property sales, leasing, and client acquisition.
- Build and nurture enduring relationships with investors, property owners, corporate clients, and key industry stakeholders.
- Establish clear performance targets and KPIs for teams, monitoring progress and delivering regular reports to management.
- Monitor evolving real estate market trends, competitor activities, and emerging investment opportunities.
- Negotiate high-value commercial agreements, contracts, and strategic partnerships.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and operational standards while optimizing resource allocation and cost control.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Estate Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 4 to 6 years of proven executive management, business development, and sales experience within the real estate sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, operational streamlining, and revenue generation in the Nigerian market.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and modern enterprise management software.
- Ability to make sound, independent decisions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
