About the Role
Universal Human Resource Consult, a leading HR consulting firm specializing in talent management and organizational development, is seeking a strategic General Manager. You will serve as the chief operating executive, responsible for driving our company vision, managing day-to-day operations, and fostering sustainable growth across all business lines while ensuring excellence in service delivery to both private and government sector clients.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute short, medium, and long-term strategic objectives aligned with board vision
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion prospects
- Drive annual business planning, budgeting, and performance management processes
- Oversee all operational functions including training delivery, consulting services, and client engagement
- Establish organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards across departments
- Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions to meet targets
- Build and maintain relationships with government agencies and regulatory bodies
- Manage client, investor, and partner relationships effectively
- Lead and develop multi-functional teams across all departments
- Represent the company in industry forums and business engagements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- MBA or MSc qualification strongly preferred
- Minimum 10 years professional experience with 5+ years in senior management roles
- Proven track record in HR consulting, organizational development, or business management
- Strong experience managing government and corporate stakeholder relationships
