Key Responsibilities- Verify financial figures, postings, and documents for accuracy, proper coding, and mathematical correctness.
- Organize, secure, and maintain all files, records, cash, and cash equivalents in strict compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information using journals, ledgers, and specialized software.
- Execute period-end closing procedures, generate financial reports, and conduct periodic audits of cashier banks.
- Manage petty cash distribution, maintain contracts, and document and resolve any cash variances promptly.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the property, armored car services, and banking institutions.
- Participate actively in internal, external, and regulatory audits to guarantee financial compliance.
- Maintain professional personal appearance, uphold guest and company confidentiality, and protect organizational assets.
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in cashiering, accounting, or finance.
- Exclusive to Nigerian nationals (local hire).
- Exceptional numerical literacy, attention to detail, and proficiency with financial software and spreadsheets.
