About the Role
Denam Properties Limited, a premier real estate development and facility management company in Abuja, is looking for a skilled and passionate Gardener to join our dynamic Facilities and Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and sustaining pristine outdoor environments that reflect our commitment to excellence and provide an exceptional experience for our residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain lawns, gardens, flower beds, trees, shrubs, and other landscaped areas to the highest aesthetic standards.
- Water, mow, trim, edge, weed, and prune plants and lawns on a regular schedule.
- Apply appropriate fertilizers, compost, and approved pest-control treatments to promote healthy plant growth.
- Remove dry leaves, debris, and garden waste to keep walkways and outdoor spaces clean and safe.
- Monitor flora for signs of disease or damage and operate gardening tools with proper maintenance care.
- Minimum of SSCE or OND qualification from a recognized institution.
- Proven working experience in gardening, landscaping, horticulture, or a similar role.
- Strong physical fitness and stamina to handle manual outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of plant care, landscaping techniques, and health and safety practices.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
