About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Gardener to join our dedicated support team and help maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and safety of our campus grounds.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivate, care for, and maintain lawns, flowers, trees, shrubs, and landscaped areas across the school campus.
- Perform daily tasks including watering, weeding, pruning, planting, and mowing lawns.
- Apply appropriate treatments to maintain plant health and vibrant landscaping.
- Ensure gardening tools and equipment are properly used, cleaned, and stored securely after each use.
- Observe and adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental practices to maintain a secure workspace.
- Contribute positively to the general cleanliness, aesthetic appeal, and environmental development of the school.
- Practical knowledge or hands-on experience in gardening, landscaping, farming, or a related agricultural field.
- Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of plant care, soil management, and horticulture.
- Strong understanding of workplace hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
- Good observation, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a collaborative school support team.
- Relevant agricultural, horticultural, or vocational training will be an added advantage.
