About the Role
Ascentech Services Limited is recruiting a skilled Furniture Showroom Manager on behalf of SPAR to take full ownership of our premium furniture showroom in Port Harcourt. Key Responsibilities- Drive showroom sales and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Welcome walk-in clients, present furniture collections, and prepare accurate quotations.
- Generate, nurture, and follow up on commercial and retail leads to expand the customer base.
- Curate attractive, high-end product displays and maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards.
- Oversee end-to-end showroom operations, including orders, payments, logistics, deliveries, and inventory accuracy.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and provide actionable market feedback to executive leadership.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate the showroom sales team to deliver peak performance.
- Possess a minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Bring 3 to 5 years of proven retail or showroom sales experience, specifically within the furniture or home décor industry.
- Demonstrate exceptional sales closing techniques and robust customer relationship management skills.
- Exhibit a proven track record of successfully leading, training, and motivating small retail teams.
