We are currently looking for a talented and experienced Full-Stack / Backend Developer to manage and scale our advanced financial technology and core banking systems. Key Responsibilities- Develop, test, and maintain robust backend and frontend applications to support our core banking operations.
- Manage complex databases, RESTful APIs, financial transactions, digital wallets, and critical third-party integrations.
- Ensure uncompromising system security, optimal performance, and high availability across all platforms.
- Seamlessly integrate banking gateways, payment processors, KYC verification systems, and other financial services.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues, resolve bugs efficiently, and manage live production environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize, develop new features, and continuously improve existing financial systems.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional software development experience, preferably within the fintech or banking sector.
- Strong proficiency in backend development using Laravel / PHP, alongside mobile development experience with Flutter / Dart.
- Proven expertise in designing and maintaining REST APIs, MySQL, and PostgreSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of financial transactions, authentication protocols, and secure application development standards.
- Familiarity with Git version control, server management, and cloud infrastructure operations.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and effectively manage an existing live production system.
