About the Role

Zipline is transforming global logistics through the world's largest autonomous delivery network. Our Fulfillment Operations team in Nigeria plays a critical role in ensuring health facilities receive essential blood, medical, and animal health products exactly when they need them. Based on-site in Pambegua, Kaduna State, you will maintain a seamless supply chain, empowering hospitals and clinics to serve patients without interruption while driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive customer orders, manage inquiries, and collaborate with team members to process healthcare commodity requests accurately and promptly.
  • Prepare, package, and dispatch healthcare products for autonomous drone delivery while ensuring strict compliance and product safety.
  • Manage daily storage, stock records, inventory forecasting inputs, requisitions, and operational documentation.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels of operational consumables to support uninterrupted daily workflows.
  • Conduct daily quality-control checks, internal audits, and corrective actions in strict alignment with Quality Management Systems and safety regulations.
  • Resolve routine order and supply issues, proactively escalating risks that threaten product quality, safety, or supply continuity.
  • Lead assigned fulfillment improvement projects to optimize order flow, inventory control, and documentation standards.
Qualifications
  • Registration with the Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) accompanied by a valid practice license.
  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of hands-on professional experience within a hospital, clinic, laboratory, or manufacturing facility.
  • Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English, alongside full fluency in Hausa.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site in Pambegua, Kaduna State.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work a 48-hour weekly schedule, including night shifts and weekends.
