About the Role
TURA Jewelry is a Lagos-based demi-fine jewelry brand creating timeless, elegant, giftable pieces for modern Nigerians. We are looking for a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to ensure every order leaves our center correctly packed, beautifully presented, and on time. How a package arrives is a vital part of our brand promise, and you will play a key role in maintaining our exceptional unboxing experience.
Key Responsibilities- Pull stock for assigned orders and meticulously verify every SKU before packing.
- Prepare jewelry boxes, apply signature fragrance, and execute presentation touches to standard.
- Track and fulfill daily orders accurately using the Shopify app.
- Coordinate inter-state and local deliveries, ensuring proper packaging and handover.
- Maintain a clean, organized packing station and restock fulfillment materials proactively.
- Prior experience packing and fulfilling orders for a retail or e-commerce brand.
- Confident using smartphones for work applications, including Shopify and email.
- Clear, legible handwriting for handwritten notes.
- Able to work onsite in Lekki, Lagos, from Monday to Saturday consistently.
