We are currently looking for a vibrant, resourceful, and service-oriented Front Desk Officer currently serving under the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme to join our professional team in Nigeria. In this role, you will serve as the primary brand ambassador, creating a welcoming and professional first impression for all our esteemed clients, visitors, and partners.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests in a professional, courteous, and warm manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and general enquiries, routing them promptly to the appropriate personnel.
- Receive, guide, and direct visitors to the relevant departments or meetings.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, tidy, organised, and professional at all times.
- Receive, sort, log, and distribute official correspondence, mail, and documents efficiently.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to the internal team as required.
- Must be a current NYSC corps member actively serving in Nigeria.
- Possess a minimum of an HND or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Social Sciences, or any relevant discipline.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone etiquette.
- Possess outstanding interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications and general office equipment.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
