In this dual-capacity role as a Front Desk Officer and Content Creator, you will serve as the welcoming face of our clinic while capturing engaging media to showcase our premium treatments and services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting clients with warmth, professionalism, and elegance.
- Handle incoming phone calls, inquiries, and client appointment bookings efficiently.
- Plan, shoot, and edit creative photo and video content for social media platforms to promote clinic services.
- Maintain a pristine, welcoming, and organized reception and waiting area at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and ensuring a seamless spa experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to brainstorm digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Strong content creation skills with a good eye for photography, video editing, and social media trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Immaculate professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Must reside around Ojodu Berger, Ogba, or immediate surrounding areas in Lagos.
