About the Role
Al-Min’aaj Schools is seeking a dedicated and dynamic French Teacher to join our esteemed academic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping students' linguistic abilities, fostering an appreciation for the French language and culture, and supporting our mission of delivering balanced Islamic and Western education. We are looking for an enthusiastic educator who can create an interactive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where students are motivated to learn and excel.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging French language lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and individualized support.
- Create a positive, disciplined, and interactive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
- Organize extracurricular language activities, such as French clubs or cultural events, to enhance student engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school administration to improve language programs and student outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavioral assessments.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in French Language, Education, or a related field (NCE or equivalent qualifications will also be considered).
- Proven teaching experience in a recognized educational institution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken French and English.
