About the Role
BAGCO Nigeria, a leading provider of quality packaging solutions for the industrial and agricultural sectors, is seeking a dedicated Forklift Driver for our Sharada facility. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement, loading, and unloading of materials to support our fast-paced manufacturing and logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities- Safely operate forklifts to move, load, and unload raw materials and finished goods within warehouse and production zones.
- Organize, stack, and assist with the packing of products to ensure smooth shipping and receiving activities.
- Conduct routine pre- and post-operation inspections of forklift equipment and report any mechanical issues promptly.
- Adhere strictly to workplace safety standards and operational guidelines to prevent accidents and damage.
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to maintain a clean, orderly, and efficient work environment.
- Proven experience operating forklifts with strong maneuvering and load-handling skills.
- Demonstrated background in material handling, warehousing, or manufacturing environments.
- Familiarity with shipping, receiving, and basic inventory documentation processes.
- Valid forklift operating certification or license.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
